Residence Inn by Marriott Port St. Lucie

I have to stay for two days for a work trip Single suite with a full kitchen one bedroom costed somewhere around seven to $800 breakfast all you can eat included sausage, eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt all you can eat. I think the breakfast was the best part. The rooms are relatively beautiful but slightly outdated looks like they were remodeled back in 2010, but they still have full kitchen cabinets and a full kitchen full bedroom not so bad but obviously if they were to remodel, it would look a lot better but due to the nature of the facilities is completely understandable. Haven’t been able to stay at another hotel as of yet but so far for a Marriott it’s just what you need.

I had a wonderful last-minute stay at the Residence Inn in Port St. Lucie, and I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. Kim went above and beyond to accommodate my one-night stay and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, truly a standout in hospitality. The rest of the staff was just as welcoming and professional. Thank you all for making my quick trip feel comfortable and well taken care of!

This was an amazing stay .The receptionist was very nice and helpful.When I got there Friday at 6:00 pm .The hotel was beautiful everything was nice and clean. Mostly definitelywill stay again here .Breakfast was great the Lady does a great job on breakfast.

Customer service doesn’t stay in this hotel, the workers all have an attitude for not reason, we got there the lady talking to someone else and we waited for her to finish, after no hi how you doing, nothing, just can I help you? And finish with her and getting ready to go upstairs to the room are waiting on the elevator this worker opened the elevator door suck her teeth and cross her eyes and closed the elevator doors back like we did something to her, and the next we sitting by the front door waiting for us to go upstairs this other one no hello or nothing but she talking to the worker laughing louder than usual like she wants us to say something to her and later when we getting ready to go, she talking about “ oh I love your hair girl “ what kind crazy stuff is this. The breakfast wasn’t great, the was more than enough, I love the room it just needs to be updated and hotel it clean really clean I will give them that, the tenants are no friendly than the people that work there. But overall comfortable room very clean, I will go back for that but no customers service at all not one of the staff speaks to you… and that sad we support to feel welcome.

I stay here every time I come in to Port St. Lucie, which is often staff is extremely friendly. The only reason I gave three stars to Services is the only service your room every other day and you don't have very many towels if you are showering several times running appointments the last visit we had a stopped up sink and a loose toilet. I did go to the front desk and make a note about it and by the time we checked out a few days later, nobody had come to Repair

Had an extended stay and am pleased to say everything was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff here I would rate A+, they all speak and are willing to help accommodate any request that you might have. Breakfast was most days very good, occasional shortage was noticed just before their next delivery. I would think it is difficult to always plan when you don't know exactly how many guest you might have. The guest laundry could use some maintenance as some machines did not work, but I was able to complete my laundry. I could not believe how some guest would come to breakfast with huge containers and bags and fill them up taking enough for 5-8 people and leave. We enjoyed a comfortable stay there.

Just want to say Kim made our experience so much better. Had some problems with rate and room and she immediately found solution. With a wife and 3 kids here for a week due to remodel on our home, it was greatly appreciated . I have been with Marriott a long time and she gave me the best experience I have ever had. My previous best was in Paris. Thank you Lim for helping me and my family out and going above and beyond. 5* service.

This RI is becoming a bit dated but is well maintained. The room was comfortable and fit our needs. Surprisingly, very quiet considering how close you are to I-95. Typical 1-2 star hotel breakfast.
